Xenon Lamp Aging Test Chamber

Xenon Lamp Aging Test Chamber
Equipment Introduction

This device uses a xenon arc lamp that can simulate the full spectrum of sunlight to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments, providing corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. Aging tests are conducted by exposing material samples to the light and thermal radiation of the xenon arc lamp To evaluate the light and weather resistance of certain materials under high-temperature light sources Mainly used in automobiles, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, outdoor sports equipment, etc

This test chamber is designed and manufactured according to the testing methods specified in GB1865-89 and GB-1766 standards; It has climate conditions such as light, rain, condensation, temperature, humidity, and wind.

The main features of the xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber are

1. Ventilation and cooling device: The temperature ventilation and cooling system of the test chamber is automatically controlled by a temperature controller.

2. Rain system: The rain system of the equipment consists of components such as water pump, time relay, nozzle, etc., and the spraying cycle can be adjusted.

3. The control blackboard thermometer adopts wireless transmission technology, effectively improving the control accuracy.

4. Use fiber optic transmission to measure the radiation intensity of xenon lamps, avoiding measurement errors caused by temperature.

5. Xenon lamp cooling water uses a refrigeration unit, and the water can be recycled, reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs

6. The sample holder rotates around the light source at a speed of 1r/min, and a blackboard thermometer BPT or a black standard thermometer BST is installed on the sample holder

7. Timing device: In order to record the working time of each experiment, the equipment is equipped with a timer on the operation panel, which can control the equipment time. When the timer ends, the equipment will automatically shut down.

8. Protection device: In order to ensure the normal operation of the xenon arc lamp and prevent damage, this equipment is equipped with a protective device that, in addition to the xenon arc lamp ignition being interlocked with the cooling water on the circuit (i.e. the xenon arc lamp cannot be lit when the cooling water is not working), automatically extinguishes the xenon lamp and stops the entire machine from working if a cooling water fault occurs during operation.

9. Can simulate the entire solar spectrum experiment, as it has ultraviolet, visible, and infrared light
