JingYao Instrument Launched Upgraded Sand & Dust Test Chamber for High-precision IP Dust Rating Testing
Recently, JingYao Instrument launched its newly upgraded intelligent sand and dust test chamber. The new model optimizes closed circulating air duct structure and adopts independent dust heating & dehumidification module to prevent dust caking caused by moisture. The uniformity of sand dust inside the chamber is increased by 28%, and the repeat test error is controlled within ±2%.
Equipped with a 7-inch industrial touch PLC control system, the machine supports flexible setting of dust blowing time, vibration cycle and negative pressure vacuum parameters, realizing one-click switching between IP5X dust-protected test and IP6X dust-tight test. The inner chamber is integrally bent with 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and anti-dust accumulation, plus a detachable dust collecting bin at the bottom for easy cleaning.
Complying with GB/T2423.37, GB4208, IEC60529, MIL‑STD‑810 standards, this dust chamber is widely applied in dust reliability testing for automotive lamps, door locks, vehicle electronics, outdoor lighting, security equipment, military components and charging pile housings, supporting enterprises to finish IP certification and reliability verification.
