JingYao Instrument newly developed Vape Tensile Tester, specially designed for disposable vapes, pod systems, atomizing cores, mouthpieces, silicone seals and other components. Adopting servo motor and high-accuracy load cell, the machine supports tensile, peeling, pull-off and shear tests. Custom dedicated fixtures for atomizer samples avoid slipping during testing.
The test system records force and displacement in real time, generates force-displacement curves automatically and calculates maximum load, breaking force and peeling strength. Standard test reports can be exported in one click to support IQC, finished product inspection and R&D verification.
